Bio:

After an experiment gone wrong, where a human was killed, Gnarr fled from the Castitia with the help of the elves. The human mage guild wanted blood and to save keep relations from falling apart the public face of the elves are helping hunt down Gnarr.

Now in the frontier Gnarr can once again practice his magic safely, so long as he keeps his identity hidden. Tapping into the veil has become a focus of his most recent experiments. While all Elves can peer into it he wants to be able to control it.
